Do you have a warranty?

We've got you covered by our warranty. This means that if there is any damage to the jewelry's material or workmanship within two years of the date of purchase, we will take care of your purchase.

We collaborate with leading manufacturers to provide long-lasting, handcrafted products that are obtained ethically. The two-year coverage is because we are confident in the caliber of our offering. This also implies that missing items, scratches resulting from normal wear and use (such as a bent ring or broken chain), incorrect usage or storage of your product, and any modifications made to it by a third party other than De Garuda are not covered by the warranty.

What is the return policy?

Please see the return guidelines listed below to see if purchased items are eligible for a return. We offer free 30-day returns for all customers in the US, Canada, UK, Australia, and Germany. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Please note that a return shipping fee of $20 is charged for returns shipped from the EU and $30 for all other countries. These return shipping fees are deducted from the refund amount. The return window starts from the day the shipment is delivered/picked up.

To qualify for a return:

Items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage

Items returned by mail must be in all original packaging (tags, box, and pouch included)

No individual item of a set can be returned for refund, store credit and/or size exchange, and must be returned as a complete set.

How can I track my order?

Have an account?

Great! Login and head over to your Degaruda account and select "My Orders" to review your order status. Once your order is packed and ready to ship, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on its activity while it makes its way to you.

Don't have an account?

No worries! You can still create an account now using the same email address used to place the order and it will appear under "My Orders". Tracking numbers are automatically sent as soon as your order is packed! Once the courier picks up the package and scans it into the system, the tracking number can be used to see the information about your order. This may take a couple hours and if the order was packed on the weekend, it will be updated next available business day!

What is the exchange policy?

We offer 30-day exchanges for all customers at all of our retail locations. Please have your order confirmation email, order card, or gift receipt ready. To qualify for an exchange, all items must meet the same return qualifications listed in our Returns Policy.

What is the return policy?

To find out if your purchases qualify for a return, please refer to the return policies provided below. We provide free 30-day returns to all US, Canadian, UK, Australian, and German customers. There are no refunds for shipping costs. Kindly take note that there is a $20 return shipping cost for returns coming from the EU and a $30 fee for returns coming from any other country. How do I use my polishing cloth?

What payment methods do you accept?

There are several ways for you to pay for your order! Even for goods that are made-to-order or have delayed shipment, your payment method is charged at the moment the transaction is submitted. De Garuda retains the right to identify and verify the legitimacy of the card being used, and based on the findings of these investigations, it may refuse transactions.

2. Paypal

All you have to do is select PayPal at checkout, where you will be prompted to provide your PayPal credentials. You'll be sent to the De Garuda website once the order is finished.

3. Klarna

  • US customers have the choice to pay the entire amount due within 30 days of making a $35–$4000 purchase, or they can choose to pay in four interest-free payments.

  • Canada: For orders between $35 and $4000, we provide you the opportunity to pay in four interest-free payments.

  • UK: For orders between £35 and £1000, we provide you the choice to pay the whole price within 30 days of purchase, or to spread it out over three interest-free payments.

When you make an installment payment plan, the first payment is deducted at the time your order is placed. Please be aware that Klarna may charge you a late fee for each installment if your automated payment fails and you do not supply updated card details. Email notices from Klarna will be sent to you prior to an installment being deleted from your account. In the event that your payment is declined, you will also get an email notification.

4. De Garuda Cards, Both Digital and Hard Copy

De Garuda gift cards can be used to cover all or a portion of the cost of your online buy. To use a physical gift card, just select "Apply a gift card" in step 3 of the checkout process and input the code found on the back of the card. At checkout, you can input the code for a Digital Gift Card.

Your gift card's value will be immediately subtracted from the order. If there is a balance, PayPal or a credit card can be used. Please be aware that each transaction may only utilize (1) single gift card. Only the original currency on the gift card can be used for redemption. Gift cards that are misplaced, stolen, or used improperly are not De Garuda's fault. Even if lost or stolen, gift cards cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash (unless mandated by law).

Your De Garuda profile allows you to view your balance. Go ahead and make one now if you haven't already. After logging in, go to your profile, choose "Gift Card," and type in the card number. That's where your remaining balance will appear.

5. Store Credit

Simply sign in with your De Garuda login before placing the order to use shop credit; the amount will be subtracted immediately from the total. Credit for De Garuda stores never expires and may be spent whenever you'd like!

Should you have received shop credits in several currencies, you will need to place individual orders for each currency. We are unable to combine store credits into a single currency; they are provided in the same currency as the initial transaction.

How are refunds processed?

Please check here if you have any inquiries about exchanges and returns.

Please be aware that a different payment method than the one used to place the order cannot be used to receive a refund from De Garuda. It may take our returns team up to 10–15 business days to process your returned item and give you a return confirmation when we receive it at our warehouse.

1. Credit Card

The money will reappear on your end after 5–10 business days, depending on your bank, from the day the return is processed by the returns team. The money will be sent by the bank if you have canceled or obtained a new credit card.

2. Debit Visa Card

  • When using a Debit Visa Card for online purchases, the transaction will be handled like a credit card, and it will take 5 to 10 business days for the refund to show up on your statement.

  • Returns of in-store purchases that were first made using a debit Visa card must be handled in-person while the card is in use. The same day, the refund will be handled.

3. Paypal

You'll get a message from PayPal as soon as your account has been credited with the refund. It might take five to ten business days for the money to appear in your bank account!

4. Klarna

It may take up to 14 business days for the money from refunds for Klarna purchases to show up on your end. The total amount will be updated by Klarna, and any outstanding payments will be instantly corrected. All already paid amounts will be reimbursed using the original payment method.

5. De Garuda Digital and Physical Cards

If you used a physical or digital gift card to purchase something and then returned it for a refund, we'll credit your De Garuda account with the full amount as store credit. By selecting the SIGN IN option, you may establish an account if you don't already have one.

6. Store Credit

Orders that you place with store credit and then decide to return will have the money refunded to your account in shop credit in the same currency. You may make an account by clicking the SIGN IN button if you don't already have one! Store credit in a currency other than the initial purchase cannot be issued by De Garuda.

Will I be charged duties, taxes and any other fees?

Duties and Taxes

1. Canada and the United States There are obligations. The state or province of the shipping address determines the taxes that will be imposed at check-out.

2. Germany, the United Kingdom, and Australia There are no extra fees upon delivery; import taxes and tariffs are included in the product price.

3. Additional shipments abroad You could be liable for any tariffs and taxes that are applied to your shipment. Note that these fees vary each nation, thus De Garuda has no influence over them and we are unable to estimate what they will be. Please get in touch with your local customs office for additional details. Remember that we are unable to pay back the duties and taxes you paid at the time of delivery.

Foreign Transaction Fees

Apart from the entire price due for the order, De Garuda does not impose any further fees. Your bank would have imposed additional fees, which are outside of De Garuda's control. Because we're situated in Canada, banks in other nations could view us as a "foreign company" and impose extra costs specifically for international transactions. Any foreign transaction costs paid are not refundable by us.

How do discount codes work?

Just use the Add coupon code section located in the basket to enter the discount!

For every order, a maximum of one (1) discount may be applied. Our system will automatically choose the better bargain if two discount codes are used, and the other discount will not be applied. Discount coupons cannot be used with other discounts, referral credits, free shipping discounts, or referral codes. Orders that use multiple discount codes may be held or cancelled by De Garuda.

Please be aware that no discounts apply to De Garuda gift cards.
